Prioritise your efforts into bite-size chunks. Learn to say no with dignity. Try not to be all things to all people.

Minimise time-wasting activities and procrastination. Continue to be bold and courageous in a pragmatic way, always moving forward despite the adversity. Set-backs are inevitable.
